Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of FlowAuto, the CRM operated by FirnTech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

FlowAuto provides a customer-relationship-management application, including pipeline management, contacts, tasks, appointments, analytics, marketing tools, workflows, and optional AI-assisted features. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• Access may be granted via a waitlist and requires approval before a workspace is provisioned.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use FlowAuto for business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send spam or unlawful marketing.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach or probe our security, or disrupt the service.
• Access another customer’s data, or attempt to circumvent access controls or usage limits.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service beyond what these terms allow.

4. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you put into FlowAuto. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. You are responsible for the data you upload — including having a lawful basis and any necessary consent to store and process the personal data of the contacts you add. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

AI-assisted outputs (scores, drafted emails and campaigns, workflow suggestions, support answers) are generated by an AI model and are provided as suggestions for you to review. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and FlowAuto does not send emails or take external actions on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you act on or send it. Do not treat AI output as legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Billing, plans & trials

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout.
• Where a free trial is offered (Starter), it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Team and Scale plans bill from the start.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for periods already started. Refund specifics: [state your refund policy].
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual property

FlowAuto, its software, branding, and content are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual-property rights to you beyond the right to use the service.

8. Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep FlowAuto available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowAuto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using FlowAuto and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. You can export your data before closing your account; after closure we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Malaysia], and the courts of [jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
